- Applying all Lessons
If you've completed all of the lessons, you've now been given all of the information to start writing position descriptions.
Select either your position description or another position that you supervise. Rewrite the position description using all of the information that you've learned from the lessons.
Once you're finished, you may want to have your supervisor or human resources review the revised position description to determine if it's clearer and more accurate. One other way to analyze the revised position description is to use the information from each lesson to see if you've included all of the key components that we discussed.
