Testing the Climate

•  Are my expectations clear?  What makes me think so? 

• Are my expectations reasonable and fair? Why do I think so?

• Have they received adequate training to do the job properly?  How do I know?

• Do they understand why it is important to do the job correctly?  How do I know?
