Warning Notices

Warning notices must:

• Be in writing
• Be addressed to the employee
• Be labeled as a warning notice of substandard performance
• List the job function(s) and/or objective(s) from the employee's planning document that are considered "below expectations"
• State a time period for improving the areas identified
