Work Improvement Plan

• The rater and employee should participate in drafting a work improvement plan. 
• The work improvement plan should include a list of ways to improve the deficiencies and other appropriate performance related recommendations. 
• In those instances where the rater and employee cannot agree upon the content of the work improvement plan, the rater's decision shall be final.
